Remember the web over 13 years ago? 13 years ago, the internet giant, Google, did not exist.
Although Google was officially incorporated on September 4, 1998, Google recognizes its official birthday as September 27. Today, Google becomes a teenager. The company is celebrating by continuing its tradition of Google Doodles.

Whether you love or hate the company, Google has without a doubt had a significant influence on how we search and browse the internet. After all, “google” is even listed as a verb in Merriam-Webster.
According to comScore, Google currently holds 65% market share for web searches. Even though this does mean it is declining due to competitors like Bing and even Facebook, it is still well ahead of everyone else.
As we all know, Google is much more than just search now. Over the past 13 years, the company has expanded and worked on many diverse products, such as Gmail and Android, and also made several billions of dollars of acquisitions.
