Remember a week ago when I reported that SugarSync’s referral bonus space expires on January 1, 2011 and this information was cleverly hidden in their Referral Terms? One day after this, I was informed by Drew Garcia, VP of Product Management at SugarSync, that the terms will be updated in a week or so to allow users to keep their bonus space for the life of their account.
And this was definitely the truth. 
From SugarSync’s Referral Terms (Updated):
11. All Additional Storage received by a Subscriber or Friend under this Offer shall remain part of such person’s SugarSync account as long as the person has the account
Hooray! I’m so glad they were responsive and kept to their promise.
